Refunds and Returns
We want you to feel good about every piece you wear from Hiplift. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make it easy.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In the original packaging (including gift box or pouch)
- Sent back with proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: We cannot accept returns on final sale items or custom/personalized products.
How to Start a Return
Email us at support@hiplift.store with the subject line "Return Request," and include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return (optional, but helpful!)
Once we approve the return, we’ll provide you with return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 3 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible—either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
Need to exchange?
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning the original and placing a new order.
